Saindoux Restaurant BBQ
Located in Sainte-Marie, Saindoux Restaurant BBQ is a New School BBQ restaurant housed in the former presbytery of Sainte-Marie. Its concept blends a warm country atmosphere, a lively sports bar, and a menu entirely dedicated to pork, developed in partnership with Le Porc de Beaurivage, a family-owned business with over 100 years of expertise. Open year-round, the restaurant offers a welcoming indoor dining room as well as a covered outdoor terrace, delivering an authentic experience where flavor, craftsmanship, and hospitality take center stage.
The Acoustic Challenge
In a restaurant where conversation and conviviality are central to the experience, controlling ambient noise to allow guests to comfortably interact—even during peak hours—became a priority. Within the indoor dining areas, several acoustic challenges were identified :
