Pickleball centers are dynamic sports environments where multiple games often take place simultaneously. With the sound of paddles, balls, players, and spectators filling large open spaces, acoustic comfort in pickleball facilities can play an important role in creating a more enjoyable experience for players, visitors, and staff.
For this project, completed in collaboration with the Immeuble MG team, large black acoustic wall panels were installed around the perimeter of the pickleball courts. The panels help reduce reverberation and better control ambient noise while also contributing to the visual identity of the space.
Combining Acoustic Performance and Interior Design
Finished in Düotex Black Dunham, the acoustic panels create a clean and elegant backdrop that highlights the playing courts while adding depth, contrast, and character to the environment. By integrating seamlessly into the overall design, the panels transform large wall surfaces into architectural features in their own right.
Acoustic Wall Panels for Sports Facilities
In large-volume sports facilities, managing reverberation can be an important part of creating a comfortable and functional environment. Acoustic wall panels for sports facilities offer an opportunity to combine sound absorption with thoughtful interior design.
This pickleball center project demonstrates how acoustic solutions can help create spaces that are more comfortable, better suited to sports activities, and visually distinctive.
A great source of inspiration for architects, interior designers, facility managers, and sports facility owners looking to improve acoustic comfort while creating an engaging playing environment.
